My Magic Phone (“the App”) is a children’s pretend phone application designed for young children ages 3–8. The App is owned and operated by Andrew Melian (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is available on iOS and Android as a one-time paid download.

Protecting children’s privacy is a core design principle of this App. The App is built to function entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or share personal data.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information.

Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identifiers are collected
• No analytics, tracking, or crash reporting is used
• No device identifiers are accessed
• No location data is collected
• No audio, photos, or recordings are stored or transmitted
• No accounts or profiles can be created

The App does not transmit any data off the device.

Children may type text during play (for example, pretend messages).
