By creating an account, accessing or using Assembly – Project Car Hub (“Assembly,” “App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), or creating or uploading content through the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Assembly, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Assembly is a tool for tracking car projects, vehicles, parts, notes, files, build specifications, history, and optional Community activity.
The Service may include local storage, cloud synchronization, file uploads, media storage, CAD and file previews, notifications, subscriptions, data export, account deletion, Community reporting, account blocking, and content moderation features.
Use of the Service requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Authentication may be handled by third-party providers, including Clerk. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or create an account to evade a block, suspension, ban, or other enforcement action.
You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or submit, including vehicle data, project plans, parts, specifications, notes, images, files, Community posts, comments, reports, and profile content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, copy, preserve, display, transmit, and format your content as reasonably necessary to:
Moderation evidence may include a snapshot of reported content as it appeared when reported. Editing, hiding, or deleting the original content may not immediately remove that snapshot or related safety records.
